Our Nicamaka® models are packaged in zippered clear vinyl bags which can be re-used as convenient storage. Other items are boxed appropriately for best shipping.
We provide the same high quality at our "virtual" store as we do at our "physical" showroom store. The one thing we cannot provide online is the hands-on and body-on experience of the comfort, safety and quality that is unique to Nicamaka® products.

REFUND POLICIES FOR NICAMAKA® AND OTHER MANUFACTURER'S PRODUCTS:
*You must contact the above email for return aproval. All returned items must be RECEIVED with in 30 days of original purchase date. All returns MUST include original invoice with order # and state reason for return. There are no exceptions - returns will not be acceped if all requirements are not met.
1. All returned items must be undamaged & unused, in original packaging and RECEIVED within 30 days of original purchase. Mombasa products have a clear inner package to veiw the color. Do not open this inner package if you intend to return the items because of color issues - as it cannot be refunded.
2. Shipping is not refunded once item is shipped.
3. All returned items are subject to a 15-25% restocking fee (dependant upon product) with a $15 minimum.
4. Seasonal merchandise (Christmas, Halloween, Special Holidays, etc) must be returned 15 days prior to the Holiday. All returned holiday items that are undamaged will be accessed a 25% restocking fee.
5. Some Non-Stocked and Special Ordered items and Made-to-Order (Fiberbuilt & Tucci Umbrellas) items are NOT eligible for return consideration.
6. Nicamaka Bali, Mombasa Siam, Baby Siam and Maya Canopies as well as Patio Living Concept products are NON RETURNABLE!
7. COD returns will not be accepted.
8. There will be a $25 fee for any chargeback instituted through a credit card company that is lost by consumer due to the fact that one does not recognize our name on their card or due to the fact that they are not owed any money.
